"I wanted to send a very quick note of commendation for Meredith (Technical Support Specialist) of your firm. She assisted me this afternoon with problems I was having in installing the updated Aquachem program.
I do not normally expect much in the way of help from Tech Support departments these days. However, Meredith was very knowledgeable with the program and showed great patience in walking me through the procedure. At one point I called her back at about 6 PM your time to leave a message about a subsequent problem, not expecting a reply until tomorrow. She had mentioned earlier that she would be leaving at that time but called me back anyway and dealt with my problem for another 30 minutes or so.
